5.0 out of 5 stars Therapy/Life coach help book 🙌🏻

My 11 year old daughter has anxiety and falls on the spectrum. Her therapist asked me to buy her this book for her sessions. I was skeptical at first but the improvements are noticeable and she loves it. When she feels her self getting any negative feelings she reaches right for it and she is now getting a better understanding not only on her own feelings but of those around her too . Worth every penny !

5.0 out of 5 stars I’m truly excited to use this workbook!

This book is an amazing treasure! I’ve only spent 30 to 45 minutes leafing through it and I’ve added sticky notes to several pages that relate to my clients and their families. I really like therapist tips, forms and treatment plan as well as great examples of ways to ensure parents and caregivers are involved with the therapeutic process. This will be my number 1 resource in my CBT Toolbox…pun intended! And oh my gosh…I’m able to download the worksheets…PRICELESS! I forgot to add it is spiral bound!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well done, instructional, comprehensive!

I am very impressed! This is my favorite of the series so far. I am learning so much and found it so inspiring that I immediately wanted to use it. It is very structured and designed meticulously for order and building skills concretely. Authors, please do one for self esteem. I will definitely buy it. You cannot put a price on spiral binding, either. Well, you can, literally, but the value is far higher!
